Adobe has released a new version of their Acrobat Reader software for Pocket PC.
I need to view a lot of acrobat PDF files but it's never been easy on a Pocket PC due to the low resolution. I was excited therefore to hear about this update to Adobe's software and was looking forward to VGA resolution for my PDF files.
Here's the kicker: the new version of Adobe Reader doesn't support VGA resolution. Does anyone at Adobe keep up to date with technology?, does anyone at Adobe even own a Pocket PC?
I can understand many games not supporting VGA as it's very difficult to make the graphics work for both QVGA and VGA, but Adobe Reader is a business application whose reason for existing is to display a document on the screen.
My advice, buy Repligo: it does a lot better job of making PDF files look good on Pocket PCs and works in VGA.
