Mobile-review have an older review of the first VGA Pocket PC: the Toshiba e800.
As always with mobile-review they have a lot of highly detailed photos.
They also go into a lot of detail on the software included with the Toshiba e800.
Features of the Toshiba e800 include 400MHz processor, 128mb memory, SD/MMC and CF expansion card slots, bluetooth wireless, 4" VGA display, and 1320mAh removable battery.
